We have strict hiring requirements for our Counselling staff in terms of required education and experience.
Unlike other Counselling companies, it is a requirement of employment at Penney Murphy & Associates that all Counsellors receive supervision, regardless of experience.
Supervision is provided by an Accredited External Supervisor at the company’s expense and ensures that all Clinicians are continually improving their skills, resulting in an excellent product in terms of our clients and customer service.

With our EFAP’s, your employees are encouraged to access services not only find solutions for pressing personal and/or professional issues, but also to be proactive, to learn new skills to assist with their professional development (better communication, leadership skills, dealing with difficult people, etc.).

You can include your entire staff, and/or their family members in your EFAP…or just a select group of employees.
You can choose the number of counselling sessions you would like to offer to your group.
You can choose to cover the entire cost of the EFAP or have your employees share in the cost.
You can choose to pay for only the sessions your employees use or to make budgeting a bit easier there is the option of paying a monthly retainer fee ($ per employee per month). The important thing to remember is that an EFAP isn’t expensive and you will see a great return on your investment.
