IN ORDER FOR US TO SERVE YOU WELL…please go over the following information prior to booking an appointment:
If you have Benefits through your employer, you will likely have insurance coverage for counselling sessions (Blue Cross, Great West Life, Sun Life, Greenshields, etc.).
Prior to booking an appointment, please check with your insurer/benefits program as insurance companies often have specific requirements in terms of Counsellor Credentials.
All of our Counsellors have Masters Degrees or higher, and have diverse training, education and credentials.
To ensure you are reimbursed by your insurance provider, please check your insurance coverage and book with a Counsellor who meets your insurance requirements. Some insurance coverage has very specific requirements, and may not apply to all Counsellors. We have no way of knowing what your coverage is or what the requirements are, so it is important that you check your coverage to ensure that your reimbursement is stress free.
If your coverage requires a Registered Psychologist – please book with one of the following Counsellors:
Jen Mazur, Ph.D. R. Psych
Olivia Pawluk, R. Psych
Tammy Holtby, R. Psych (Provisional)
If your coverage requires a Registered Social Worker – please let us know.
Employee & Family Assistance Programs (EFAP)
We are pleased to be the Provider of Choice for Saskatoon businesses offering Employee & Family Assistance Programs including the City of Saskatoon, Wright Construction, Saskatchewan Research Council, JNE Welding, and many other employers.
If you aren’t sure whether your employer covers the cost of counselling services with us, simply give us a call at 306.242.1010 and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have, or inquire with your Human Resources department at work.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS FOR A CHILD/CHILDREN
If booking an appointment for a child/children under the age of 16 years, you be required to sign a parental consent form when you bring your child/children in for their first appointment.
If you have Joint Custody, both parents will be required to sign the parental consent form before our Counsellors can work with your child/children. Please let us know if you would like the forms to be emailed to you for your convenience.
We look forward to working with you.
PLEASE NOTE: As we hold your appointment specifically for you, we require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Thank you very much.
