Carol is our resident expert in Mindfulness Therapy which is extremely effective for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, work/life balance, wellness and more!
Not only does she use these easy to learn techniques in her sessions with clients, she is also practices it with enthusiasm herself to maintain and enhance her own wellbeing. She’s the real deal!
Prior to joining our team, Carol worked in Mental Health & Addictions, as well as Acute Care Psychiatry for 14 years. She is passionate about her work, well respected in the community, and her relationship style makes it easy for clients to connect with her.
Carol enjoys working with individuals, couples and families and has a broad and impressive range of expertise including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, couples relationship issues, parent – teen conflict, complex grief & loss, acute mental health issues, suicide ideation & self-harm, co-dependence, work/life balance & wellness…just to name a few.
In addition to her Master’s Degree, & international training…she’s also a Red Seal Chef! We love baking day around here!
