Journaling has so many benefits, but when you decide to start and you find yourself staring at a blank page, it can be quite intimidating.  That’s why I’ve put together this Journal Prompts Workbook to help you in the process.

In your workbook, you’ll find prompts to help you if you decide to journal in the morning as you begin your day. I’ve added some prompts for those of you who want to journal at the end of your day. And, I’ve also included some that you can use anytime for reflection, getting to know yourself and for thinking about your life ahead and what makes you happy.

Description

Congratulations for adding a Journal Practice to your life with this Journal Prompts Workbook.

There are so many benefits including the relief of being able to get anxious thoughts out of your head, keeping track of progress and achieving goals, reducing stress, identifying and focusing on priorities and getting to know yourself.

Journaling is great for your overall wellbeing, lowering blood pressure, improving mood and allowing for some space from negative thinking.

It encourages mindfulness and staying present in the moment, keeps your thoughts organized and allows you to see situations in a different light.

The process of getting your thoughts down on paper in writing does wonderful things for your brain including boosting long term memory and gives the brain time for reflection.

But sometimes, staring at a blank page can be quite intimidating.

Please don’t feel you have to answer all of the prompts. These are simply to get your thoughts bubbling. Use as many or as few as you like.

And remember, this is supposed to be relaxing, soothing and enjoyable. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Just let your thoughts flow.
