Sign #1: Feeling stuck – life is stagnant.

Feeling stuck is a common experience that many people go through at some point in their lives.

Feeling stuck is that sense of being trapped in a routine, where each day feels like a repetitive cycle without any meaningful progress or growth. It’s a feeling of being disconnected from a sense of purpose or fulfillment.


When you find yourself in this state, it can be a clear indication that you’re ready for a change.

I find it helpful to create a Vision Board when I’m ready for a change. Gather pictures and words from magazines or off the internet that represent the life you want to create and create a visual representation of what you want. Keep it somewhere you can see it every day to remind you of your goals and aspirations. Think of it as a road map showing you where you want to get to.
