Managing Burnout – Creative Expression

Create to combat burnout. Sometimes burnout leaves you feeling stuck and uninspired. Engaging in creative activities can help reignite your spark. Try these:

  • Journaling to express your thoughts and release stress
  • Painting, drawing, or crafting as a form of relaxation
  • Playing an instrument or listening to music to shift your mood
  • Writing poetry or short stories to explore your feelings
