Managing Burnout – The Power of Micro Breaks
Take small breaks to avoid big burnout. Sometimes, all you need to combat burnout is a few microbreaks throughout the day. Here’s how to incorporate them:
- Step away from your desk for 5 minutes every hour
- Take a quick walk outside to reset your focus
- Do a few stretches or deep breaths to release tension
- Pause to enjoy a cup of tea or a healthy snack
These tiny moments of rest can add up, preventing burnout before it takes hold. Give yourself permission to rest, even if just for a few minutes.
