Managing Burnout – Reflective Journaling
Write your way to recovery. Journaling is a great way to process the emotions and stress that come with burnout. Here’s a simple reflective journaling exercise:
- Set aside 10 minutes each day to write about how you’re feeling
- Focus on identifying the causes of your burnout
- Reflect on what’s working in your life and what needs to change
- Use the space to brainstorm solutions or set small goals
Journaling helps you make sense of burnout and gives you the clarity needed to move forward.
