- Choose 1 big task, 3 medium tasks, and 5 small tasks to complete during your day.
- Focus on completing these tasks, starting with the biggest and moving down the list.
- Anything outside of this list can wait for another day.
This method helps you set realistic goals for your day and avoid the overwhelm of an endless to-do list.
