Need to escape from stress? Visualize calm. Visualization is a simple but effective way to reduce stress. Here’s how to try it:

  1. Close your eyes and imagine a peaceful, calming place—whether it’s a beach, forest, or somewhere that makes you feel relaxed.
  2. Focus on the details: the colors, sounds, and sensations of that place.
  3. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to mentally “visit” this place whenever stress feels too much.

Visualization can provide a mental break from stress, helping you find calm when life feels overwhelming.
