Managing Stress – Time Blocking for Balance

Feeling pulled in too many directions? Try time blocking. Time blocking helps create structure and balance in a hectic schedule:

  1. Break your day into blocks of time, assigning each block to a specific task (work, errands, self-care, etc.).
  2. Stick to the time limits you set for each activity.
  3. Include breaks to recharge and transition between tasks.

By giving your day more structure, you can reduce the chaos that leads to stress and regain a sense of control.
