Do you ever see a client outside of your specialities?
Our Complimentary Connection Calls are perfect for determining if we will be a good fit! Sometimes it may seem like you don’t fit within our scope, but after talking about it, you do!
This will be discussed and clarified during your 15-minute complimentary connection phone call. If we’re not a good fit to work together, we’ll kindly refer you to another therapist or resource that we trust.
How do you book a session?
It’s easy! You can book a session or a Complimentary Connection Call by calling us at (306) 242-1010 or book a session right here on our website…just look for the ‘Start Here’ button at the top right on the menu bar.
Not sure who you want to work with? No problem. We’ll help you find the perfect fit!

We know that sometimes life gets in the way of best laid plans…so if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, just let us know 24 hours in advance and we’ll assist you.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions for adults, couples, kids & teens are one hour in length (a full 60 minutes).
If you are a client of Penney’s you can choose a 60 minute or a 90 minute session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client.
If you need to cancel or change your session, please give us a call at (306) 242-1010. We’re happy to help.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full cost for your session.
There is no fee for cancelling MORE than 24 hours before your appointment.
Do you direct bill to my insurance provider?
Sorry, we don’t offer direct billing to insurance; however, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt for your session with all of the information you need to submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Turn around tends to be pretty quick for reimbursement (a matter of days usually) once you’ve submitted your receipt into your insurer’s portal.
Please check with your insurance provider prior to booking to determine your coverage and to ensure reimbursement. Depending on your Insurance company, you may have to book with a specific ‘type’ of Counsellor (i.e. Registered Psychologist, Registered Social Worker, Registered Psychotherapist or Counsellor) in order to be reimbursed.
