What we are looking for in a candidate:
What we offer:
You’re a clinician who values depth, authenticity, and self-awareness. You care deeply about your work
—and you’re looking to be part of a team that is supportive, engaged, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
You are:
• A Registered Psychologist, Registered Social Worker (MSW), in good standing with your College or professional association, with current liability insurance.
• (If applicable) A Registered Provisional Psychologist with an established external supervisor.
• Ideally experienced in private practice, with a working knowledge of building and sustaining a caseload (familiarity with Jane is an asset).
• You have training and experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and other integrative, client-centred modalities—and you’re passionate about continuing to grow your clinical skills.
• You understand the importance of helping your clients to create a sense of wellbeing in themselves & their lives — and honouring your own as an essential part of the work.
• You are committed to your own growth and self-reflection, and have engaged in your own inner work through therapy, consultation, or ongoing professional development.
• You value connection, collaboration, and community—and want to contribute to a team that truly enjoys working together.
• A beautiful, fully furnished office space in our brand new boutique counselling & wellbeing clinic in the Stonebridge area of Saskatoon, with free parking, Wi-Fi, printing, coffee/tea/water service, and access to our meeting and group room.
• A supportive and collaborative team that’s passionate about the work we do—where you’ll feel valued, energized, and genuinely look forward to coming in to work.
• Part-time hours to start (6 – 15 hours/week) with the potential to grow to full-time (25+ hours/week) daytimes, evenings &/or weekends.
• Biweekly supervision, case consultations and team meetings.
• Team-building activities and a warm, engaged community.
• Opportunities to run groups, workshops, or webinars.
• A competitive split structure for contractors
• Full administrative support including client communication, Jane App scheduling, billing, and onboarding.
• Marketing and advertising included — with guidance to help you build your caseload faster if you’re motivated to grow.
If you specialize in any (or several) of the following
—you could be a beautiful fit for what we’re building.

Individual Therapy with Adults
Bringing energy, skill & presence in supporting clients through stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, life transitions, and the quiet questions that often sit beneath the surface.
Your work is grounded in insight, emotional processing, and helping clients create meaningful, lasting change lasting change.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
You’re trained in and excited by relationship work – guiding couples to reconnect, communicate more effectively, and navigate conflict with greater understanding. You feel confident guiding couples through attachment styles, conflict, trust repair, intimacy, grief, transitions, and supporting couples through both challenges & growth using approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, IFS, ACT, or other integrative relational modalities.
Individual Therapy for Kids & Teens
Therapy for children and teens looks different than therapy for adults—and we’re intentional about meeting young people where they are developmentally, emotionally, and relationally.
If you take pleasure in creating a safe, engaging space where children and/or teens can express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to navigate anxiety, behaviour, relationships, and school-related stress we’d love to hear from you.
Art, Play and Sandtray therapy would be an asset for work with children.

You provide thoughtful, educational and effective support to help women through the emotional and psychological shifts of this life stage, including mood changes, identity transitions, stress, and overall mental wellbeing.
