Who do you work with ?
We work with adults, couples, kids 5+ & teens.
We can help with stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout, relationship issues, parenting, & many other mental health or behavioral concerns.
We’re happy to work with you regardless of your gender or sexual orientation. Members of the LGBTQIA community are welcome!
Do you ever see a client outside of your specialities?
Our FREE 15 minute Consultations are perfect for determining if we will be a good fit! Sometimes it may seem like you don’t fit within our scope, but after talking about it, you do!
This will be discussed and clarified during your free 15-minute consultation. If we’re not a good fit to work together, we’ll kindly refer you to another therapist or resource that we trust.
How do you book a session?
It’s easy! You can book a session or a FREE 15 Minute Consultation by calling us at (306) 242-1010 or book a session right here on our website…just look for the ‘Book Now’ button at the top right on the menu at the top of this page or you can click this direct link to online booking calendar

If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you may do so by emailing us at hello@astoriacounselling.ca or by logging into your Jane online booking account. There is no fee for cancelling MORE than 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations LESS than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Do you direct bill to my insurance provider?
