Let’s make it quick and easy to get you booked correctly for your EFAP.

If your counselling sessions are covered through an Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), this page will help guide you to the right booking option.

EFAP programs have specific requirements around:

  • which counsellors are approved to provide service to your EFAP

  • how sessions are authorized

  • and how billing is handled

TO GET STARTED:
If you are a NEW EFAP CLIENT – Please call our office (306) 242-1010 to book your first appointment.

Make sure to let us know which EFAP you are covered under and we’ll get you all set up so that it’s a smooth and easy process for you.  

We’ll guide you to the Counsellors who are approved to provide your EFAP services, ensure booking and billing align with your program requirements & help you move forward smoothly without delays.

If questions come up after you book, we’re happy to help clarify next steps and ensure things are set up correctly wherever possible.

Our goal is to make this process feel clear, supported, and straightforward.

EFAP coverage, eligibility, and session limits are determined by your employer.


Remember you can still work with us even if your Employer doesn’t have an EFAP with us.  Simply use your Insurance or Extended Benefits to be reimbursed.
