What We’ll Do
We’ll begin with a guided Christmas Scent Journey, exploring the beautiful fragrances of the season and discovering the fascinating connection between scent, memory, mood and the nervous system.
Think fresh evergreen, peppermint, cinnamon, sweet orange, vanilla, gingerbread, cranberry spice and all those gorgeous aromas that make Christmas feel like Christmas.
Along the way, you’ll learn a little about the science behind stress, aromatherapy and our sense of smell—and how simple sensory rituals can help us create moments of calm and restoration, particularly during a season that can sometimes feel anything but calm.
Then comes the fun part!
You’ll mix, scent and create your own batch of beautiful Christmas-inspired shower steamers from scratch, experimenting with festive fragrance combinations and choosing the scents you love most.
Perhaps you’ll create something fresh and invigorating for a winter morning, something warm and comforting for a cozy evening, or a beautiful blend that smells like Christmas morning.
And while our shower steamers are setting, we’ll enjoy a little festive conversation, connection and something special to help you ease into the holiday season feeling just a little more Merry & Bright.
