We’ll begin the evening with champagne, charcuterie, and connection before diving into a guided future-self visualization designed to help you imagine the woman you want to become and the life you want to create.
Through a series of thoughtful reflection exercises and powerful coaching prompts, you’ll gain clarity around what matters most, what you’re ready to leave behind, and what you want more of moving forward.
Then we’ll bring your vision to life.

Here’s what we’re doing
We’ll begin the evening with connection, conversation, and a delicious charcuterie spread before exploring one of the most fascinating discoveries in positive psychology: the Flow State.
You’ll learn why some of our happiest moments happen when we’re completely engaged in an activity, fully present, and immersed in what we’re doing.
Through a combination of practical teaching, guided reflection, and gentle mindfulness exercises, you’ll discover how creativity supports wellbeing, reduces stress, and helps us reconnect with ourselves.
Then it’s time to paint.
Using a beautiful paint kit inspired by Alberta’s peaceful forest trails, mountains, and winding rivers, you’ll create your own landscape painting while experiencing the calming, restorative benefits of creativity in action.
No artistic experience required.
This evening is about enjoying the process, not creating perfection.
Along the way, we’ll explore the five elements of flourishing and wellbeing, helping you identify simple ways to bring more happiness, meaning, engagement, connection, and accomplishment into everyday life.

A workshop on stress, scent & the art of slowing the hell down

Thursday, June 11th – it’s an evening just for you.
No to-do lists. No performing. Just a small group of great women, a room that smells incredible, and a few hours to actually exhale.
Here’s what we’re doing
We’re making essential oil shower steamers — together, from scratch — while we talk honestly about what stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout are actually doing to your nervous system, and what aromatherapy can do to help.
It’s part workshop, part science, part creative flow state. Mostly, it’s an evening that puts you back on your own list.
What you’ll walk away with
- Real knowledge about stress and your nervous system — the kind that actually makes sense
- A hands-on experience in aromatherapy and how essential oils work
- A batch of shower steamers you made yourself
- Silicone molds to take home so you can keep making them
